ITB Berlin is providing students and job entrants with a background in tourism with a first-grade platform for finding dream jobs or taking the first step towards climbing the job ladder. Around 50 exhibitors will be presenting their international portfolios in hall 5.1 – „Training and Employment in Tourism“.

A Personal Experience
Someone traveling past Nuremberg on Autobahn 6 to Mannheim will not pass much anything except for the town of Heilbronn for a long time. Small villages can be seen left and right, as well as the obligatory, quietly grazing cattle. One would enjoy the idyll and the calm of these small settlements and gain some distance from the hectic urban life while joyously moving towards the next populated place by the name of Mannheim.

 

Recently, people have been given ample time to enjoy the pristine nature every other Saturday. Being stuck in traffic jams, that is.

On March 2, 2009, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, the leading luxury hotel group in the Asia-Pacific region, will open their first hotel in Japan. Air Berlin will be offering two new routes with the beginning of the summer flight plan. Starting from May 1, 2009, the second-largest German air carrier will be flying from Hanover to Stockholm for the first time, as well as resume its route between Stuttgart and Nice. The flights to Stockholm will be conducted five times a week at 10:45 a.m., with the arrival being scheduled for 12:25 p.m. Air Berlin jets headed for Nice will lift off at 02:10 p.m. every Saturday and land on the Côte d’Azur at 03:55 p.m.
