Air China will introduce a Beijing – Chiang Mai service starting on November 7, 2013. Since many Chinese tourists began to wander the streets and temples of Chiang Mai en masse – due to the recent fun movie “Lost in Thailand” – there is an urgent need to connect Chiang Mai with China directly. Now Air China is taking the lead.

Beijing – Chiang Mai – Beijing flights, CA823/4, are operated three times a week on Monday/Thursday/Saturday using B737-800. The outbound flight departs from Beijing at 18:30 Beijing time and arrives in Chiang Mai at 22:40 local time. The return flight leaves Chiang Mai at 23:45 local time and arrives in Beijing at 05:00 Beijing time.
