HolidayPirates new international HQ in Berlin now serves as the central hub around which the company can rally as it continues to grow and deploy new initiatives. After spending the last 1.5 years in the shared workspace WeWork, the strength of the business now allows for a dedicated international headquarters more befitting the pirate life. The company has embraced agile collaboration and the new headquarters is at the heart of the ‘hub and spoke model’ supporting the company’s hybrid work policy. This gives employees the options they require to make positive work/life balance decisions and has proven to be a highly desirable feature of the company when it comes to recruitment. This is of particular value as HolidayPirates experienced significant growth over the past 12 months.

To continue this growth, HolidayPirates will be rolling out its first branded content, with a pilot project taking place in the company’s Italian market (PiratinViaggio). Judith Eyck, newly appointed Head of Virtual Tour Operating will oversee it’s rollout and build the team responsible with a view to deploying the strategy in HolidayPirates other markets in the future.
