The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (the Centre) has been consistently communicating and working closely with clients to reschedule a large number of meetings and events that have been impacted by the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. As a result, they have so far successfully rescheduled 66 events into the latter half of 2020.
The Centre’s team have been utilising all their vast experience to rearrange its calendar and apply as much flexibility and empathy to accommodate the large number of events which have been affected.

Mr Kevin Goh is appointed CapitaLand’s CEO, Lodging to oversee CapitaLand Group’s lodging business. Lodging is one of the three pillars of the Group’s strategic businesses for sustainable growth, together with the other two pillars being Fund Management and Investment/Development. Mr Goh is concurrently the CEO of The Ascott Limited, an appointment he held since 2018. He has been with the CapitaLand Group since May 2007. Mr Goh has taken on various leadership positions in Ascott such as Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director of North Asia and Regional General Manager for East and South China.

The 54-year-old leaves at the end of 2020. He canceled his contract one year before it expired. Supposedly to take on new challenges, as reported from Messe Berlin. Dr. Christian Göke has been head of Messe Berlin since 2013.
Göke presented Messe Berlin with the major international IFA Int. Funkausstellung, the Green Week or the ITB, the world’s largest tourism fair, which had to be canceled this year.
Göke is a lawyer and has been at Messe Berlin for 20 years, he once came from Messe Frankfurt.
