Mr Kevin Goh is appointed CapitaLand’s CEO, Lodging to oversee CapitaLand Group’s lodging business. Lodging is one of the three pillars of the Group’s strategic businesses for sustainable growth, together with the other two pillars being Fund Management and Investment/Development. Mr Goh is concurrently the CEO of The Ascott Limited, an appointment he held since 2018. He has been with the CapitaLand Group since May 2007. Mr Goh has taken on various leadership positions in Ascott such as Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director of North Asia and Regional General Manager for East and South China.
He is a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for managing and executing the Group’s growth strategies.

Mr Kevin Goh is the Chief Executive Officer, Lodging of CapitaLand Group. He is concurrently the Chief Executive Officer of The Ascott Limited (Ascott). Mr Goh oversees the growth of CapitaLand’s lodging business. He is a member of the CapitaLand Executive Committee. He was previously Ascott’s Chief Operating Officer, a role he assumed since 1 December 2016, where he oversaw operational aspects of the serviced residence business and new growth opportunities. Prior to this, Mr Goh was Ascott’s Managing Director for North Asia since 2013, responsible for Ascott’s investments and operations in China, Japan and Korea.

Mr Goh joined Ascott China in 2007 and he was based in China for over 10 years. During his stay in China, Mr Goh took on various leadership positions such as Regional General Manager for South & East China, Vice President for Asset Management and Vice President for Corporate Services.

Prior to joining Ascott, Mr Goh was with Accenture, one of Fortune 500’s largest global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies. Throughout his seven-year career with Accenture, he worked on various systems implementation projects in the telecommunications and hightechnology industries in both Singapore and Australia.

Mr Goh graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) degree and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.
