topbonus, the leading customer loyalty programme from airberlin, is the only German frequent flyer programme to offer members the option of buying extra award miles, in packages of 2,500-50,000 miles. The offer started on 1 June 2016.
topbonus members who have already collected some miles, but not enough to book a free flight, can now benefit from the topbonus miles purchase option. The award miles are credited immediately after purchase, and can be redeemed directly against an award flight booking. Members can access the award miles purchase site conveniently either from their personal topbonus profile or by visiting http://www.airberlin.com/buymiles.
Tip: members who pay for their miles with an airberlin Visa card earn additional award and status miles with each purchase. The smallest miles package is already available for just 50 euros (2,500 miles).
Passengers that are not yet a topbonus member can register gratis on board of any airberlin flight or online by visiting http://www.topbonus.airberlin.com.
