Dusit is set to enter Shanghai with not one but two properties in the latest move by its joint venture hotel management company Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts, created to roll out its portfolio of brands in China.
The Dusit Thani Hotel, Shanghai Zhabei, scheduled to open in early 2019, will offer 215 guest rooms and suites as well as a conference centre, two restaurants, a Lobby Lounge, a rooftop swimming pool and a pool bar for guests and local residents to enjoy. The Dusit Princess Serviced Residence, Shanghai Xuhu, set to open in the city’s Xuhui District in the summer of 2016, will offer 112 apartments, ranging from 36 to 78 square metres, backed by an all-day dining restaurant, an indoor swimming pool and a health club.
Dusit Fudu now has more than 15 new properties under development in the country.
