Finally, the airlines agree to a request by the German government to build an arbitration board for flightpassengers. Still no one knows the seat and the leaders yet, but it should also involve foreign airlines.
For the spanish Iberia, it is finally time! We hear of more than 50 penalty notices in Spain and Germany, there are increasing complaints, because it’s not just about to late coming passengers but also about the luggage that did not even end up on the whereabouts of the guests.
Iberia Airways considers it is not necessary to answer complaints, they keep quiet, hoping that soon the six months in which complaints are possible are carried out.
This is not the fine and fair kind of business and how the Airline should handle customers. It is also worth the tour operators as customers of Iberia to ask what they mean and how they react.
