HNA Hotel Group and NH Hoteles announced their strategic partnership through the co-debut in China International Travel Mart 2011 in Kunming, China. The meeting has taken place in a stand designed by both Groups for the Chinese tourism reference fair, which is being held these days in the city of Kunming. Executives from both companies have presented the first hotel with the NH Hoteles brand in China, that will open its doors in early 2012

The first NH Hoteles in China will be opened in early 2012 in Chongqing, featuring more than 210 guest rooms, 3 signature restaurants & bars and other leisure facilities. To make the significant debut of the key European hotel market player in this hotel industry so-called wonderland, HNA Hotel Group and NH Hoteles are keen to present not only a hotel but an experience that combine cutting edge technology and environment friendly concept to define NH’s spirit ”Wake up to a better world”.
