The hotel invited pupils from Yangdong Migrant Primary School as part of its community support programme to celebrate the event. The pupils performed elaborate festive songs to show sincere appreciation to the hotel for its continued support.
Ms Caroline Huang, Chief Representative of ORBIS Office Shanghai was also invited to this event and she brought a painting as a gift from one lucky kid who had just been provided eye treatment and recovered from blindness. The hotel joined ORBIS in June 2010 and raised total RMB 31,518 till the closure of the programme. ORBIS is a global non-profit organization dedicated to preventing and treating blindness by providing quality eye care to transform lives.

The hotel features Graffiti Art Christmas this year, setting a unique ambience for the hotel with great visual impact. The hotel had commissioned a prolific French graffiti artist Mr. Paul Conquerel to create inspiring graffiti art for the whole hotel from parking area, hotel lobby to the Christmas village huts, which result the hotel in another eye feast with intense color and thought provoking visions for the hotel guests.
