The Royal Spa Kitzbühel is situated just a few kilometres from the chic winter sports resort of Kitzbühel in a gorgeous natural setting with views of the Kitzbühel Alps. The 5-star hotel, which opened in December 2009, offers 144 rooms and suites and is located at the entrance to the town of Jochberg with direct piste access to the ski area of the Kitzbühel Alps. It is the only hotel in Tyrol to have been accepted into the renowned hotel association of The Leading Hotels of the World.

“Royal” is not just part of the hotel name; it reflects the entire mission of the hotel. At the luxury resort, service is writ large. The competent front office team sees to the guests’ every wish: even offbeat requests such as helicopter tours are welcome. The hotel staff make sure that the needs of the guests are met at all times.

The Royal Spa Kitzbühel is a blend of modern architecture and good old-fashioned Tyrolean tradition. The modern yet cosy atmosphere pervades the entire hotel, and the spacious rooms feature an elegant and modern design with warm colours such as yellow and wine-red.

A truly royal feature of the hotel is its services and amenities. The 3,600 m² Mountain Health Spa, with its special medical spa programme, is unparalleled in the Alps. The Mountain Health Spa, accepted as a Leading Spa in 2010, stretches over three floors. The heart of the hotel features several saunas, three swimming pools, and a variety of massages, treatments and baths, as well as several private spa suites. Mountain health stands for the healing powers of nature, which play an important role in the entire wellness area.

Privacy is given pride of place in the entire hotel. Guests can dine either in the fine-dining restaurant Lyrics or – this is a special feature of the hotel – in one of the private dining rooms. As a special “treat”, the recently opened à-la-carte restaurant Purpur offers fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The Rubin fireside bar also offers itself as a relaxing place. For seminars and events, the Royal Spa Kitzbühel features six conference rooms with space for up to 420 people.

Golfers are given special attention, with an in-house Golf Physio & Golf Mental Coach. Coming soon is a practice facility with putting and chipping area plus driving range directly in front of the hotel. And if the weather is unfavourable for a game out of doors, die-hard golfers can perfect their swing in a training session with a qualified pro in the hotel’s real-image indoor golf simulator.
