Turkish tourism industry representatives gathered in an unusual way at Intra Tours’ 30th anniversary party. Turkish tourism professionals that mostly come together in several luxurious venues in their business suits made a difference with their casual dresses on and met at Event Garden. On green grass field some thousand tourism industry friends congratulated Intra’s 30th anniversary. Guests that attended the event with all of their family; husbands and wives, children and pets enjoyed a great sunny Istanbul in the nature. While children played with balls, balloons and together with a special animation team, their fathers and mothers had chance to chat and enjoyed musical performance of a percussion group.
Speaking at the garden party, Intra Chairman Ertugrul Karaoğlu said, “Intra Tourism continues to grow with its old, new employees and business partners. Our contribution to Turkish tourism will continue with services as an international tour operator”.
“While we are doing these, we will try to set new standards such as Environment. Intra Goes Green, or Green Intra – as we will name soon – , we will comply with environmental regulations and take actions for improving environmental performance. We will use green standards as criteria while choosing our suppliers” said Karaoğlu. Karaoğlu added, “At our 30th year, we would like to take 30 people to Italy and Spain”. 
Within the celebration program, members of Intra for 5-10-20 and more years are awarded. Moreover, a lucky draw was organized and many guests won awards such as balloon tours, helicopter rides, free dinner at many restaurants.
