About the Chaine des Rotisseurs
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international gastronomic society dedicated to bringing together professional and non-professional members from around the world who appreciate wine, cuisine and fine dining. This principal and important Chaîne concept is the cornerstone of the Society and one that truly distinguishes the Chaîne from other gastronomic organisations.
The Chaîne also offers members the opportunity to join the Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs, which specialises in the appreciation and understanding of wines, spirits, liqueurs and spring/mineral waters (eaux de vie). L’Ordre Mondial, founded in Paris on 2 September 1963, is an integral part of the Chaîne. Its principle goal is to promote and enhance the enjoyment of fine wines and quality spirits from around the world, which is achieved through the various dinners, tastings, conferences, competitions as well as articles and publications encouraging the understanding and appreciation of wines and spirits.
