The Secretary of Tourism of the State of Querétaro and MITM Events, pioneer group in the MICE industry since 1974, met at Tianguis Turístico CDMX 2023 to announce the 25th edition of MITM Americas – Meetings & Incentive Travel Market – which will take place at QCC (Querétaro Centro de Congresos) from the 22nd to the 25th of October, 2023.

MITM Americas is the oldest international MICE B2B tradeshow of the Americas & Caribbean, having been held to this date in sixteen cities across nine countries. The last edition took place last year in Panama City, described as a resounding success by all its participants.

MITM Americas´ objective is to position MICE and high-standing Cultural tourism, and for this purpose selects an exclusive group of international buyers, directors and executives of corporate companies, incentive agencias, international associations, event planners, congress organizers, luxury agencies, and tour operators with a MICE focus.

The organizers carry out an intense international promotional campaign directly to its network of contacts, to attract between 300 and 600 potential buyers, of which only those with the greatest business potential are approved

Each edition, on average, reunites around 120 participants from 25 countries, with up to 2,000 business meetings being held with an estimated economic impact in the medium and long term of more than 200 million euros.

The State of Querétaro has all the necessary infrastructure (modern congress center, high-standing hotels, transport…) as well as all the tourist attractions, both cultural and gastronomic, to be the ideal destination for any MICE event. Participants will have the opportunity to personally experience the world of possibilities that lie in Querétaro, as well as an ample international MICE & Cultural offer for events through the exclusive networking programme.

The program for the event offers an agenda of up to 30 preestablished appointments with rigorously selected buyers. The workdays will be completed with a high-impact networking program, promoting contact between all participants and fostering business-links, thus guaranteeing a return on investment.
