Poland is not one of the top country’s for tourists to visit in Europe. No, those honors would instead go to countries like Spain, France, Austria, Germany, and England. Poland, however, does just so happen to have a small but active project pipeline for hotel growth. In fact, according to information from the TOPHOTELCONSTRUCTION database, the country currently has 44 projects in its pipeline. Once completed, these 44 projects will give the tourism market in the country a grand total of 8,378 new rooms to offer guests.
In larger markets these numbers could potentially seem insignificant, but in Poland they are important.

The Top Hotel Brands in Poland’s Project Pipeline
What’s also worth noting is which hotel brands rank as the most common in Poland’s current project pipeline, according to the TOPHOTELCONSTRUCTION database.
Those numbers show that Hampton by Hilton is at the head of the pack with 6 upcoming hotel projects that are scheduled to open soon in Poland. Behind Hampton by Hilton is Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts which has 4 total projects in Poland’s hotel pipeline, and third behind that is Puro Hotels Sp. z o.o., which at present has 3 projects coming soon in Poland.
Of those soon to debut hotels, a whopping 55 percent will make their debuts in 2018, while another 30 percent are scheduled to open for business the following year in 2019, indicating of course that much of the currently projected growth in Poland is of the short term variety.
