Suspended between the sea and sky, this luxury SPA dedicated to well-being and preventive health has been given a facelift. It now offers guests even more space to relax and enjoy the cutting-edge treatments… To be revealed on November 25th! The Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo has focused on one core goal for its renovation programme: to offer every guest an unforgettable experience. Each of the renovated spaces in the pink marble-clad SPA celebrates the landscape. The areas around the magnificent heated seawater swimming pool have been redecorated in white to reflect the Mediterranean light and colours that change throughout the day.
The pool’s underwater jets with enlarged nozzles provide a full-body massage, while the counter-current jet stream stimulates the cardiovascular system and the cold water course boosts the metabolism.

Cutting-edge technology
The solarium, situated nearby in a fragrant Mediterranean garden, is the perfect place to unwind. The experience continues in the brand new outdoor jacuzzi, where guests can relax with a detoxifying cocktail or a glass of vintage champagne. It now boasts an enlarged panoramic fitness room featuring Technogym’s latest collection of hi-tech equipment, the ARTIS range. Two cryotherapy rooms – the only ones in Europe – offer the benefits of cold therapy, already widely used by top-flight athletes. This technique helps treat muscular problems, jet lag and sleeping disorders, and is also championed in the Nordic countries for its anti-aging effects.

Tailored treatments
The renovations further enhance the customer experience offered by the Thermes Marins. Spread over four floors, the SPA’s spaces each contain private areas. Whether you are here for a day or as part of a longer stay, this unique SPA complex offers a variety o treatments: relaxation, anti-aging, slimming, beauty or rehabilitation. It’s an integral part of a service that goes beyond the traditionnal parameters of a luxury SPA. The staff represent no less than 28 professions, including sports physicians, nutritionists, cardiologists, physiotherapists, beauty therapists and hairdressers.

A multi-sensory break
Whether part of a customised programme or chosen individually, treatments in one of the Thermes Marins treatment rooms, which now total thirty (including two doubles), prolong the effects of your relaxing break. The beauty treatments have been developed using specialist high-end skincare brands, while the signature massages follow exclusive relaxation rituals from around the world, such as the traditional Thai massage on a futon, Swedish massage and Ayurvedic Pinda Sweda body massage that’s ideal for releasing back tension.

The restaurant, L’Hirondelle, has also been redesigned with a stylish, minimalist new look and combines gastronomy with nutrition. Chef Jacky Oberti‘s cuisine, in perfect harmony with the treatments, is a delight for the senses. Guests can enjoy the delicious food in this prestigious setting overlooking the sea.
