On Tuesday June 4th, at the Melia Castilla Hotel in Madrid, an endearing posthumous homage was celebrated in memory of Ramon Alvarez, founder of Convencotours and GSAR Marketing, pioneering companies in the MICE sector in Spain, as well as in the rest of the world.

An emotive presentation was done, which summarized Ramon’s wide resume and gathered his best professional and personal moments, and also some of his everyday anecdotes.
GSAR Marketing’s staff thanked the affection of the large group of friends, relatives, coworkers and travel professionals that joined them to remember Ramon in this homage, which was followed by a cocktail in his memory.
