The majority of Dusit International’s hotels and resorts have been recognised by the world’s largest travel site TripAdvisor’s 2013 Certificate of Excellence. The award, now in its third year, celebrates hospitality excellence and is awarded to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on the website. Only the top 10 percent of businesses listed receive the award.

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four out of a possible five as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor and receive positive traveller reviews. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
