The Annual General Meeting of Air Berlin PLC approved the 2012 Annual Financial Statements on Thursday. At the same time, four members of the Board of Directors of the German airline company were appointed for another term of office.
The shareholders re-appointed Board Members Dr. Hans-Joachim Körber, who has been a Member of the Board of Directors since 10 May 2006 and who has been the Chairman of the Board since 1 January 2011, Wolfgang Prock-Schauer, who is airberlin’s CEO and has been the Board’s Executive Director since 7 January 2013, Joachim Hunold, who has been a Member of the Board of Directors since 1 January 2006, and Austin Reid, who has been a Member of the Board of Directors since 3 January 2013.
