Hainan Airlines celebrates its 20 anniversary and has received the SKYTRAX Five-Star Airline certification for the third consecutive year.
The chinese Hainan Airlines has received the Skytrax Five-Star Airline certification for the third consecutive year during a press conference in Beijing, which was launched under the motto : „Brilliant 20 Years, Shining Five Stars“.
The Chairman of Hainan Airlines , Mr Chen Ming also launched the airline’s new tagline of “Cherished Experience “. This also coincides with the occasion of Hainan Airlines 20th anniversary.

Mr. Shi Zhiwei, General Manager Berlin Office said: „”From the service spirit expressed in our first tagline ‘We Are at Your Service’ in our early days, to the service concept of ‘New Image’, the Customer Is First has always and consistently been the essence and the model of Hainan Airlines service mantra. Our goal is to build Hainan Airlines into an international brand. We are pleased that the renowned business consultancy SKYXTRAX awarded Hainan Airlines in the third consecutive year with five stars for it´s superior quality service.“

During a press conference at Tegel Airport on 03. May, the incoming Airbus A330-200 from Beijing was welcomed with a water-fountain byTegel Airports fire brigade. In a following ceremony Hainan Airlines recieved a Berlin Buddy Bear as a gift from Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
