A brand new TTGmice.com launches today that simplifies the planning process for event planners. The site features MICE news, a destination guide of 19 Asia-Pacific territories and 18 cities including Hong Kong, Japan, Qatar, South Korea, Singapore, Philippines and UAE, and a directory of MICE venues and organisers in these areas and more.
The site goes a step further to effectively integrate the best of TTGmice news and TTGmice Planner’s annual venue and destination directory into the MICE planner’s search process. By linking latest related reports to their respective destinations and venues, TTGmice.com makes the relevant industry updates more accessible through its interactive search engine.
Another enhancement TTGmice.com has made to its originating website, planner.ttgmice.com, is the additional information suppliers will be able to provide in their listing. Besides the basic facility and contact information that was previously catered for, the site now allows suppliers to upload larger pictures, their profiles, as well as packages they are offering. This change was made in an effort to improve the surfing experience for buyers, as well as to give suppliers a better platform to effectively show off their product.
Event planners can then immediately take advantage of packages offered by these venues by requesting for a proposal (RFP) through ttgmice.com. Planners who have had an event experience with the listed MICE venue can also share it on the site, giving peers relevant reviews to aid them in their evaluation and decision process.
TTGmice.com lets event planners search interchangeably by venues, destinations, organisers and articles. Said Mr Darren Ng, Managing Director of TTG Asia Media, “This new online product by TTG Travel Trade Publishing answers the needs of today’s planners looking to hold an event of any scale in the Asia-Pacific. The revamped ttgmice.com allows the flexibility of searching for information, whether the starting point is a confirmed destination or a budget.”
Over 1,500 venues are presently listed on the site at launch. MICE venues can get listed for free by registering online, while event planners can take advantage of the site’s full facility by creating an account. Planners can also stand a chance to win The New iPad when they submit a venue or organiser review on ttgmice.com
