After the problems of last year, so Willats, he expect a growing tourism in the next months and he see Bangkok as the City of Value and a hub for tourism to Asia. He said:” in 12 to 18 month India and China will send more tourists to Thailand and Asia as Europe.
Today at the Dusit Thani Bangkok there are eight per cent Guests coming from the USA, 23 per cent from the Mayor Market Japan, 20 per cent from the home country Thailand , around 20 per cent from Europe , two to three per cent from Russia and the rest from different countries of the world.
Dusit International will open a new hotel school in Phuket as a sister college to the existing Dusit Thani College in Bangkok.
Alex Willats is very sure that the own Company school for the kitchen, the Cordon Bleu School in Bangkok, together with the two colleges are the base for the excellent staff not only in the Dusit Thani Bangkok also in the other hotels in the world under the Dusit International Holding.
