The current Director will be retire and the successor , starting in september, will be a new lady from Thailand. This Lady, so the first rumors, is coming from the Public Relation Sector and she would be act very strong for the image of Thailand.
SIA is selling Virgin Atlantic shares
Singapore Airlines ( SIA) is looking to sell his shares of 49 % on the english Carrier Virgin Atlantic to a new investor. CEO Choon Phong published this because the Investment has not seen the targed success. SIA has invested in the year 1999 ca. 600 Millionen english Pound.
Siam Niramit is building a second show in Phuket
The spectacular Show of the history and Mythe of Thailand in Bangkok is building a new theatre and show in Phuket. The opening is planned for november 2011.
Over 300 actors, dancer, singer and acrobats are presenting a stunning show in Bangkok with a real river on the stage, flying people on one of the largest stage in Asia. Around the theater in Bangkok is in the middle of the Capitol a culture village with thai houses and handicrafts . Naturally in Thailand the elephants can not be missed, this animals can be feeded and also the visitors can ride them. The elephants are also part of the show.
Delta Air Lines cancelled all Berlinflights
From 3rd. of September 2011 Delta Air Lines cancelled all flights from Berlin/Tegel to New York /JFK . The reason is the lack of demand and the expansive Gasoline price. Since 2005 is Delta flying this route.
Berlin – New York will be from September on only offered by Air Berlin and Continental.
