The AirAsia X D708 Charity Flight with Sir Richard Branson which was scheduled to depart London Stansted for Kuala Lumpur on May 1, 2011 has been rescheduled to 4 July 2011. The change was made to help address the growing difficulty of obtaining accommodation in and flights into London brought about by the increase in the number of people visiting London over the long bank holiday weekend and Royal Wedding.

The flight will now be rescheduled to depart London for Kuala Lumpur on 4 July 2011. The new date also provides guests with better access and comfort for travel into and within London. Guests who have purchased tickets for the charity flight on AirAsiaGo.com will be given a full refund, or the option to transfer the booking to the new date.
