Air Berlin, Germany’s second largest airline, is adding another 10 new destinations, 54 non-stop flights and even more connecting flights to its route network. In addition to expanding its service, especially from Cologne and Stuttgart, the airline will soon have its jets taking off from Memmingen airport as well. Air Berlin is positioning itself as the largest German carrier in Italy and strengthening its presence in Austria.

Air Berlin, Germany’s second-largest airline company, and Pegasus Airlines, Turkey’s largest privately-owned airline, have started working together. As of today, selected flights of both airlines will be listed on airberlin.com and flypgs.com, and the websites will be linked. In this manner, travelers will benefit from a more extensive flight offer. Using Air Berlin’s Internet portal, travelers will be able to book 17 additional connections from Germany to Turkey as well as 26 routes within Turkey.

Early repayment of the shareholder loan by TUI Travel initiated / Adjustment of the repayment schedule for the shareholder loan / TUI intends to buy TUI Travel shares to avoid dilution of voting rights majority

TUI AG and TUI Travel PLC have agreed to adjust the repayment schedule for the shareholder loan granted by TUI. Further repayment is to be continued through the placement of a convertible bond announced today and the raising of additional bank facilities by TUI Travel.
