Absolute Resorts & Hotels announced the appointment of Ms. Manatsavinee Racharit also known as Khun ‘Orn’ as the Manager of the exclusive Absolute Bangla Suites in Thailand. Khun Orn is presently the sales, marketing and public relations manager at the upmarket White Box Restaurant & bar in Patong’s Kalim district.

Having previously worked for Centara, she progressed from management secretary during the pre-opening of its flagship property the Centara Grand, while later becoming Group Executive office secretary. During her last position at Centara Grand Khun Orn was in charge of public relations at Centara Grand, and she was subsequently assigned to the front office department of Centara in Samui to gain operational knowledge.

Khun Orn completed an overseas hospitality exchange training program at two hotels in Holland (Holiday Inn and Bilderberg) followed by a Management Development Program at Centara Bangkok, prior to joining the White Box.

Climax operations manager and Culinary Architect Mr. Stephan Bouwman added that “Coming from a similar background and having covered both ends of the hospitality spectrum this appointment will ensure a smooth integration of the restaurant, its 2 bars and the hotel as well as greatly benefit from Khun Orn’s expertise in public relations.”
