Thailand tourism is hitting a new high for the total number of tourist arrivals, at 28 million as of today, exceeding the country’s highest number at 26.55 million in 2013 and still counting. The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has targeted that the country would welcome at least 28.8 million visitors for 2015.

Registration Now Open for 2016 Event
The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) – the voice of the global business travel industry – announced that registration is now open for GBTA Convention 2016, which will be held in Denver, July 16-20. GBTA’s annual convention is the largest, most comprehensive annual gathering of business travel and meetings managers, meeting planners, procurement professionals and suppliers in the world. This year’s Convention theme is Balance.

Mr. Charamporn Jotikasthira, THAI President, said that the European Union’s Aviation Safety Committee (ASC) meeting on 25 November 2015 to review the Air Safety List, did not place carriers from Thailand to the list.
