Why not hide your Easter eggs on the beach in Mallorca for a change, or take your Easter stroll in Iceland? In time for Easter, airberlin is increasing flights to popular destinations in northern Europe, Spain and Portugal, offering around 360 extra flights over the regular winter flight schedule.
For example, airberlin is doubling capacity on flights to the Icelandic capital Reykjavik during the Easter holidays. Passengers fly non-stop to the popular island from Berlin Tegel and Dusseldorf. Winter trips to Iceland are not only for adventurers: the climate is surprisingly mild thanks to the warm Gulf Stream, and the polar lights are a great attraction. For Easter, airberlin will also fly more often to Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Convenient connections are available from many airports, such as Vienna and Zurich.

For more than 12 years, airberlin has led the market with the most flights per week to the Spanish sunshine island of Mallorca, and has already flown more than 80 million passengers to the Germans’ favourite island. Over Easter, airberlin is offering 124 additional flights from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to Mallorca. More capacity is also being offered on routes to Spanish destinations such as Malaga and the Canary Islands, and the Portuguese destinations of Faro in the Algarve and the island of Madeira in the Atlantic.
